I understand that a provisional booking is held for five working days prior to receipt of 30% deposit after which the property will be available for re-let.
I will pay a 30% deposit of the total rental to confirm my provisional reservation of the property and pay the balance six weeks prior to the date booked.
If a short notice booking is arranged within the six week period I will pay the rental in full immediately.
I agree that I have paid insurance within the rental but in the event of a cancellation not covered by the terms the owner will make every effort to re-let the property. If a suitable tenant cannot be booked for the date concerned, I am responsible for the period reserved plus the cost of any advertising and administration which may be involved in re-letting.
The terms covered are as follows:
I will use the property only for the purposes of a holiday let and I will maintain the property in good order and cleanliness. I agree that the number of persons occupying the property shall not exceed the maximum occupancy stated. No occupancy of a property will wholly consist of, or be booked by any persons under the age of 21 years. I agree to vacate the property at the end of the holiday let by 10am and to replace or pay for any damages or breakages and any additional charges (e.g. fuel, telephone, etc) prior to leaving directly to the Owner or their representative.
In the event of any problem with the accommodation arising during the holiday I undertake to contact the Owner or their representative immediately. I agree that no liability shall be incurred by the Property Owner for any accident to persons or possessions however arising and hereby indemnify them and their employees against any accident to persons or possessions whilst staying at the property or within the grounds during the period let.
Polmaily Farm is not bound to accept any booking and reserves the right to cancel any holiday.

- Death or disablement of a member of your party
- Pregnancy or a material illness of a member of your party
- Jury or witness service in a Court of Law of a member of your party
- Bereavement of a close relative of a member of your party

I agree to pay the refundable householders deposit at time of booking and prior to entry to the property and understand that if the property is used and left as stated above it will be returned within seven days of the property being vacated.
